Beverley has led and supported change management efforts on several large-scale projects and strives to incorporate the principles and practices of change management across all initiatives with her clients.  She has developed and executed OCM strategies, conducted readiness assessments, managed communications across stakeholder groups and developed training, education plans and materials. During her tenure with the UK Government, Beverley was an advocate for LEAN methodology and Pacesetter principles.  She used the processes and techniques to successfully initiate, guide and support departments through major organizational change with a focus on processing efficiencies and delivering smarter, more focused ways of working to better service the public.

During her time in the UK public sector, Beverley supported the first cross-departmental Digital Strategy and Transformation program. The main objective of this initiative was a commitment to becoming “digital by default”. Beverley worked alongside internal and external partners to enable the government digital agenda to achieve success through the creation of digital services which are more efficient, convenient, secure and accessible resulting in an enhanced and superior customer experience. The key element to success, which Beverley developed the strategy for,  was to enable and enhance IT systems and services to make transactions quicker and more reliable with the added benefit of digital services saving time and money, both for the public and government departments. This led to increased transparency and accuracy to help the public-sector work more effectively in getting things right the first time by actively responding to customer feedback and research to understand the diverse needs of the public.

Beverley’s project management skills encompass the full project development lifecycle, from conception through to final delivery and ongoing support. She is highly experienced in blending real-life experience, formal project management methods and communication skills to lead diverse teams to meet the business needs of the customer. Beverley has assisted clients in achieving their business goals using her strong business analysis and interpersonal skills.  Her unique and collaborative approach helps to improve the business processes of her clients with her attention to detail and ability to recognize gaps in processes and areas for improvement.  She has a strong business focus and collaborative approach to documenting business cases, requirements and plans.
